I installed the Corporate version of FreiChat in my website and works very good but it would be nice to get some tips about some modifications I need to do.

I am using Wordpress for a dating website and I need to add buttons to open a private chat conversation with a single user. This is a screenshot with these buttons marked as red, each link should be able to open a new chatbox, obviously this change should be done from the plugin (if I'm not wrong) but I don't know where can I find the part of code to do this (I assume is almost the same used in the users window) and where should I positionate it if possible.

The last thing is the avatar, is not posible to use Wordpress Gravatars on it?
If is not posible where can i customize it to replace the default ones?

Installed Freichat on my site and it does not show users at site and will not show the rooms available

Hello, I would like to make certain chat rooms only available to certain Joomla User Groups. I know I can make them private with a password but I dont want users to share that password, I want the access to be controlled by their Assigned User groups.

How can I accomplish that?

Installation went fine, Access to backend it's fine but it does not show up on the page. Module is installed and published on all pages. I'm triying the free edition to go ahead and buy the professional but it is not working. need help. Website is jomsocial based www.divinasonline.com

I have succesfully installed freichat in my opencart platform but i can't make out the part with logged in users to pass their id to freichat

This is how my db fields look like
customer_id store_id firstname lastname

How should my code look like? Please help me! I'm a beginner in programming.

I tried to install freichat 9.6 free version on a joomla 2.5 local server installation based upon easyphp 5.2.10. The first page I got was the license acceptance one, then the integration type one, then the writable files one, and evertihing seemed to be ok so far, then the password one, but after written my pw and proceeded, I got the database connection page with an error message saying: error_ pdo mysql driver is not installed or enabled. Database configuration is: php 5.2.10, apache server 2.2.13, mysql version 5.1.49-community-log, MySQL client version 5.0.51a, phpmyadmin version 3.2.1. Could anyone help? Tanks.

I am developing a custom integration with a PHP website and the Freichat don't start if the javascript (freichat/client/main.php?id=...&xhash=...) is loaded after the page is fully loaded.
I need to do that way for specific reasons.
When I call FreiChat.init_HTML_freichatX(), for example, it shows the contacts window, but without working.
Is there any function that I call the Freichat starts?

After I install also the phpbb3 forum to another database,
the installation has functioned very well but now I have message that appears is "Getting list of online users ....." and there is no way room.
you have the solution?
The chat is in: database website / forum / freichat/

the thing is the width of the chatroom is not managed well
I can't see the first word of ppl sentences

and I cant resize the window or anything
does anyone has the same problem or it's just me ?

I am having some troubles with the "customized" version of Freichat 9.6.

I installed it at http://chat.internal.domain (running over Apache2) and it works fine. I upgraded an index.php to be able to fetch users and be logged in and it works perfect.

But, it is an internal domain and i need to reverse proxy it. So i installed it in a new Apache2 server external domain (in the DMZ) http://chat.external.domain and it does'nt work, bugging on the step "Getting list of online users".

With ChromeBug, it first told me that it was a cross domain problem (Access-Control-Allow-Origin) and i told to my internal website to accept headers from the external source and i stopped having the errors in Chrome Bug. Yet, it still does'nt work (Getting list of online users...") and here are the errors i'm having in the Apache2 logs from the internal (chat.internal.domain) source :

I have a Testinstall of Freichat 9.6 on a local site with Wordpress 3.7.3, Buddypress 1.8.1 and bbPress 2.4.1

The install worked without problem, also the configuration in Freichat admin. The Freichat Plugin (Freichatx-i4WP.v7.x.zip) could also installed and activated without problems. The chat seems to work. The only thing is that logged in users will be displayed as guests.

Do you have a idea?

I have recently installed freichat and freichat module. At first, everything was visible, i was able to type in some messages but when i refreshed the page the freichat was not visible anymore. I checked the module manager but it's fine. I also cleared the history of the browser; im using chrome. it didnt work too when i tried firefox. I tried some of the solutions from the previous relevant forums but nothing worked. HELP please. :D i need answers right now. p.s. im a newbie of joomla so pls.
