I'm using Joomla 3.2.3 with Freichat V. 9.6 on cwcity as host. You got to bear a layered ad for getting this free host. I think this ad causes the bug that Freichat won't load the online user data. One time I could "buy" a month of ad-free time for my website, and look there, it worked. But actually I can't buy this ad-free time every month...its not possible because you got to earn "virtual money" on cwcity for deactivate your ad's...

Is there anything I can do?

• I reinstalled Freichat a few times - no change.

The only error's I get (in the console) are these:

I guess the problem is that the webhost is adding the ads inside the freichat files too . So it breaks the code and freichat stops working .
FreiChat wont work unless you remove the unwanted code added by the webhost .
