Getting list of online users... on phpbb3

Hi everyone,

Here I install chat on my site, it works great.
After I install also the phpbb3 forum to another database,
the installation has functioned very well but now I have message that appears is "Getting list of online users ....." and there is no way room.
you have the solution?
The chat is in: database website / forum / freichat/

Can you turn on php debug in freichat backend -> Additional ? Then check the file freichat/freixlog.log for any freichat related errors.
