I use SMF 2.0.7 and I installed the chat and it works just fine on Google Chrome & Firefox, however my users that use IE are experiencing issues. Some can't see the chat at all. Some can see what is sent to them, but when they try to reply, their reply disappears & the other person never gets a response at all. Some can't see the whole chat box, etc. It seems like the problems with IE are all over the place. Any suggestions? When I try to view it from IE on my computer (I typically user Firefox) it doesn't show up at all for me.

Which version of IE are you(or your users) using ?

Can you provide us two test accounts , we will try to see if there is any ie specific problem .

I have the most up to date version of IE on my machine. I have no idea what my members have on their machines. I was finally able to fix the problem on my end by going into the IE settings and setting them back to default. Not sure what specifically would've caused the problem, but after I did that, it works fine on my end now. So, I guess I will have my members who are having issues do the same and see if that fixes it for them.
