My guess, would be there is some javascript error .
Can you check your browser console for any errors ?

We did not find any problem with the draggable feature .
You can see below that the chatwindows are draggable :

Or did you mean the chatbox at the bottom right ?
If yes, then that is not draggable , but it is possible to make it draggable .
