Unclosed div tag makes user profile edit page to work incorrect. Tabs are not working

To fix this you need to add </div> on line 171 in

sites/default/themes/default/templates/user/profile/edit.tpl

Thanks for letting us know. We usually test on chrome so we might have missed that.
