When someone make new reply to a topic, that topic come on first number at home page, but we can see first post of that topic, any way we can make any changes that shows last post in home page and not first post

Displaying the last post will make it look out of context.
then you will have a bunch of posts just saying, "thank you" or "amazing work".

Actually in my forum we put post of news by our employees and they put latest and useful news and we want to show our customers new post that is last post

Doesn't the suggested solution in the link given by @avinash solve your problem ?

And some kind of algorithm for the latest topics/posts on the frontpage is the way to go. As you avinash said in a forum are a lot of posts with just a few words, or even with smilies. A algorithm that show the topics with more activity at a given moment (or something else you could think) would be the best.

Yes we have only a few threads and we update those with new news, so But we don't want to have more new threads, Sometimes in a day we have more than 500 posts but no new thread, So i need it, please guide how I can get that, I guess by some minor changes in some files we can get it

there is no way to achieve it using minor changes.
and by the way, in codoforum, a thread is much more lighter than a post.

In SEO terms this is not wise at all. And not quite usable for your users. What's the point of posting everything in one thread?
