Not sure if the forum software has this, but if it does I would encourage activating notifications.

And are you talking about notifications for the forums here ot FreiChatX ?

Yup! You know, a simple notification check box when posting. (Sends a email when someone replies to your post) Perhaps this forum software your using doesn't have this, but it would be handy for knowing when replies to topics are made. Also makes forum posts faster because then if the user has additional info they need to say in order to figure out a problem they know they know when they get a response (when they check there email).
