New messages to all open windows?

Hello again. When I have many tabs open of my site and someone sends me messages they arrive one to each tab. For example if someone sends:
Hello
How are you?

They arrive :
Hello , on first tab
How are you , on second tab

How can i make all messages arrive to all tabs???
