I really need to change that because i am the owner of forum community for mobile mmo game.

URL starting at gofa:// will open game Galaxy on Fire Alliances at mobile devices like magnet links for example - they open torrent client.
All urls in game (profiles, planets etc. etc.) are starting at gofa:// to share them with friends which are playing this game too

The problem is that the forum changes link into

.../index.php/u=/gofa://planet

But if i would add them as

<a href="gofa://"></a>

That would work

Your use-case is very interesting.

May be, we should provide an option in the backend to add more supported protocols.

We will see if we have a better solution and let you know.
