Hello. I noticed that the speed of loading pages on my site is slower than 2 seconds when your chat is enabled. I hope strongly that you can improve this feature.

FreiChatX is made in such a way that it loads only after your entire page is loaded
So FreiChatX will not affect page load time in anyway .

But yes , if you consider loading of FreichatX itself , then it takes 2-3 seconds
And , how can you expect FreiChat to load without taking any time.

Also , we try to make FreiChat to load faster everytime we release a new version.

Dear sirs my hosting company tested it for me and i verify this delay to. This dealy depends of time to load your chat. Believe me that pages of my site are slower with your chat enabled. By the way i hope that you can improve it. :)

let me clarify one thing, the execution of FreiChatX code begins only after the HTML source has been loaded completely.
Its similar to loading an external image, does loading an image slow down a site??

Hello. I am still talking with my host about this issue to solve it. They answered in this way "please kindly ask your chat developers for the exact way the chat is included on your page. The issue might be caused by a DNS problem for example, if the chat is included via domain."

the chat is included using a script tag. so it shouldn't affect the page load time.
it is included as follows,

<script src="DOMAIN/freichat/client/main.php"></script>

Do you mean using an IP address instead of a domain name , then you have to install FreiChatX using that
particular IP address
