Hi @intrinsicforce , under Admin Dashboard, click on "UI ELEMENTS" in the left menu.

Under that, click on second item "BLOCKS". Here you will find "MAIN MENU". Edit it with correct links.

Steps:

CodoForum back-end of your site => UI Elements => Blocks => Main Menu => Edit

disable the sso module from the plugin section.
enable it only if you know how to configure it.

If it helps you: I reinstalled two times. Error still occurs, with PHP 5.5 and PHP 5.6.

I just installed the new V3. This is the error message now which is displayed if i just click on the "save" button on the blocks page:
