How can i make a stand-alone page using internal codoforum php functions for things like informational pages related to the forum?

For instance, if i click on "Docs" and an item, is there a way i can make a page using Blocks?

I can't see any obvious way to do this.

however, this does not explain how to retain the "look-and-feel" of the site. for instance, there is no header, and no way of using internal styles to maintain look-and-feel.
