Hello admin, i am using joomla with ur great & latest freichat v6. But i can't add new valid file extensions for uploading mp3 files. I add this name from admin section but when i try to upload it gives error that 'invalid ' . Plz help me. & also thanks for this great creation. I would like to add 'bengali' language package with ur main package. Would i sent that by email ?

How did you add the extension .mp3 in the backend ?

I mean did you do it correctly , the correct way would be to add
audio/mpeg

I have added other type ie removed all image types and input the line audio/mpeg. I have done this in the back end and submitted. I still cant send mp3 file types i recieve error stating invalid file

I have tried and tried again using other file types such as vob, wav, mpeg3 but still cant seem to get it to work, could you tell me which file contains this upload information so I can check that Freichat admin has written these changes

You should add audio/mpeg and not just vob,wav etc

Yes I did that I followed your instructions and it still was not working, but by chance I changed from fire fox to opera and bingo it worked. I have since reinstalled fire fox and it has now corrected the problem, my firefox must have been corrupt in some way.

I would also like to say thank you for your prompt response and a great plugin :)
