Hello I am using a content delivery network named cloudflare for Joomla now. It helped me to increase sitespeed. What i had to do was to change the Nameservers from my Hoster to the ones of cloudflare. Since the change, Freichat don´t work any longer. The Programm is im my Joomlafolder together with the other stuff. I hope you can help me to fix the problem. I would really like to use youre newest version with chatroomsupport. That was the last missing Thing for my website.

But the problem is that you can´t see the programm. It won´t start. And with userrights i think you can´t do much. At the moment the module is disabled because it slows down the whole side totaly. Maybe this chart helps you:

Create a dummy folder and do a temporary Joomla installation .
Then , install FreiChatX there .
And send a test account details here .
So this way it wont affect your site .
