I can't see the community builder version in the downloads section. Is it still available?

I installed latest FreiChatX 6.2.1 following instllation notes, with Joomla! 1.7.2 and Community Builder 1.7.1.
FreiChatX installer finds Joomla! and Community Builder.

Everything works smooth.
