Hello,

I installed Freichat properly, and i am sure that my database data are right in arg.php, however, it always shows that there are no users online.

I checked log, and most of the time it is

March 21, 2011, 3:15 pm: unable to connect to database ,check login parameters in arg.php


Please help me to solve this

download the latest available version..and try
make sure your arg.php file is correct!

I don't want to bother you for installation yet. Let's try to solve the problem this way :)

Are you sure you also selected the correct driver for you're CMS?

I selected JCB.

However, i have tried different installation so far. When i tried Joomla, it is the same thing. I also tried Custom, which gave different results: There was message that there are 0 users online. With JCB or Joomla there was not message at all

the error log shows that there is some mistake while connecting the DB.
check your arg.php file again!!
If that doesn't help; then i'll do the installation for you!
