Hi,

I really want to make this product work. However, after many days of trying I will really need some help. Everytime I install and reinstall Freichat the results are the same. Freichat is not displaying properly. Please see attached image.

Whatever position I assigned Freichat to it always appeared at the bottom of the screen.

Appreciate if I can any speedy help.

Hi,

The css files are not loading.

Can you check if the file freichat/client/themes/basic/styles.css exists ?

Also, did you rename or move the folder freichat after installation ?
If yes, please revert those changes.
