When using Freichat in Mobile phones, there is a grey tab at the bottom right of the screen with a red 0 on it, but clicking/tapping on it does not open the chat.

Any ideas?

This is still an issue for me. It happens on all the different versions of Android I have. If on the browser I set "Request Desktop version" then it works. Otherwise it's just a grey "Chat" with a ) on it.
I payed for the $65 version.

I noticed that since about the time I've upgraded to Joomla 3.6.2 last Sunday, FriChat no longer is working on Chrome
Works fine on Firefox.

Do you get any errors in the console ?

No. I ran it in Debug mode, but nothing jumped out to me.
