registered user become offline

i've installed frei-Chart on our website and its work great but recently got problem with some of the registered user (through LDAP) become offline so that we can't see them but they can see us.

How to overcome this problem?.

Were you inactive for a very long time ?
And is this problem occurring frequently ?
And lastly what is LDAP ?

Next time when you face this problem , Open up Phpmyadmin and see the table
frei_session in the database where you installed FreiChatX
and tell me if you see your session (name/id) listed there .
