Hello, I installed version 6.3.1 freichat, I unzipped the file and uploaded to the root folder, I need the form to make it work, how can I do?

Maybe you're thinking the index page? This is a php form which appears when you address the location you just uploaded into your root. When you navigate to the foler in your root the RunOnce will prompt you for credentials. Is this the form you're asking about?

The control panel works well www.xxxxxxx.eu / freichat / administrator / index.php, but the chat is not seen on the site, other procedures must I do?

open your website using google chrome, right click-> inspect element -> console tab.
see whether you can find any errors related to FreiChatX.

Go to line no 118.

And replace

$referrer_url = $url;

$referer_url = $url;
