403 Forbidden

When deploying CodoForum on modulus (https://my.modulus.io) the project successfully deploys, but I get a 403 forbidden when I proceed to the project URL.

I set up the config.php with my AWS RDS MySQL database details, and I re-uploaded the CodoForum package, but I still get a 403 forbidden.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I realized that I zipped up the codoforum file incorrectly. After setting the database info in the config.php file I no longer get the 403 forbidden, but now I have this issue:

This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I figured out that the issue I had was with the security group settings on my Amazon RDS MySQL database. Additionally, the URL provided for the project had port 8080 instead of port 80. Fixing this resolved the issue instantly.
