Problem with specific.php during installation.

I used Freichat on a few websites -no problems, or I was always getting a perfect support. Just a beautiful chat solution.
And now I have a problem that i cannot resolve no matter what I do.
I'm trying to install FreichatX, the latest version (tried the previous one - same thing), and all I'm getting after I accept license agreement on the first page is this message:
403 Permission Denied
You do not have permission for this request /freichat/installation/specific.php?1333471659=true
Please, help me - I don't know how to get around this message. Changing permissions on any files just produces different errors.
Thank you.

Are you trying to install it in IE ?

Are you trying to install it in IE ?
Necessity is the mother of all inventions!

No. I did it in FF, in Google, and in Safari.
I'm just thinking.... Recently that site was under attack. Somehow when searched in search engines it was redirected to some "bad" websites. So I installed a custom .htaccess file with all security implementations that I could find on internet. The site is working fine now, like 3 more sites that were under that attack. Though it is the only one that is still having issues with search engines - the still display a warning, that it's a suspicious site.
Is it possible that installation is not working because of that?

Well.... After playing for a while I was able to install it.
In .htaccess file I had to comment this;
# RewriteEngine On
I'm no longer using mod_rewrite anyway )))
The issue is gone right away.
Thank you for your fast reply.
