Hi! I've been using your chat for over a year now and it's working great. You've addressed all my previous issues but I've been getting a lot of complaints about one. I really need a sound in the General Chat room to show that someone said something - just like in regular private chats. My ops are telling me that this is the big problem that has changed our general chat from very active to almost completely dead. Thanks.

But, chatroom already has sound notification when it is inactive and you receive a message.

Do you want the sound alerts for chatroom that was not opened by the user too ?

Yes, I would like that. You helped me with a General Chat that opens when the webpage opens. Everyone is in the general chat but they don't get notifications when someone in general chat is talking. Maybe notify only when someone says something in General Chat. Thanks!
