Problem installing!

When i try to install the extention i get this message:

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

Can you help me out?

That is not the correct way of installing FreiChatX

Please read the readme file for installation instructions

So after all its not a simple installation if i have to go thru the ftp, or have missed something?

Once you have uploaded the folder , its then like a web based install .
But its not a Joomla module that you can install with an extension manager .
