i downloaded from http://evnix.com/drupal2/node/11 and got the error while installing that are header.php and footer.php are not there.

first as i downloaded from http://code.google.com/p/frei-chat/ it worked and i was able to install.

only my problem, or is the file wrong here?

Both are pointed towards the same file.
probably the problem occured while extracting or uploading the files.
