Wrong avatar displaying

I have just installed latest version of Freichat but find that I am seeing users avatars that don't relate to their Community Builder ones.

Right clicking on a Freichat avatar gives this link http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/cd36c3fea342c98e3bc16bb14727a121?s=24&d=wavatar

How do I get the users correct avatar to display please?

Go to freichat/hardcode.php

Replace

$avatar_field_name = '$avatar_field_name';

with

$avatar_field_name = 'avatar';

Go to freichat/hardcode.php Replace
$avatar_field_name = '$avatar_field_name';
with
$avatar_field_name = 'avatar';
