I have a problem since yesterday with freichet. It worked well and then I received a message from my hosting provider (hoster planet) who said:
This is a message to alert you that the script / home / reallyou / public_html / freichat / server / freichat.php tries to run loop making your accommodation inaccessible. We recommend that you check the installed plugins and modules.

We have temporarily disabled the script / home / reallyou / public_html / freichat / server / freichat.php (CHMOD 000) to ensure that your accommodation is inaccessible. To reactivate it, it would suffice to replace the CHMOD this file to 644.

I handed the file permission to 644 but now no longer works and freichat restesur the window position: Initializing ...

Please do a complete re-install(and make sure you install the latest version), probably your hosting provider doesn't allow you to run chat scripts. Note, Chat scripts, require more resources than your usual CMS/website.

You can change one of the settings in freichat so that is uses less resources .

Increase the Time interval between requests under general settings in freichat backend .
