I wanna make that every link provided by user should be loaded through https:// protocol

In which file is written saving post or query to db?
Then I will change url to forcing https://

The url depends on how you have loaded the website.

If you are loading the forum through https , the images will be saved using the https protocol too

This is an imgur image copy/pasted directly; only uploaded images have the https protocol.

We did not modify these type of urls since not all websites will support https like imgur
