Can i force users to log into the chat while checking my current user db to see if they are a registered user already. I do not want this to autologin when joining site and i do not want guests to use.

are you asking for an additional login within the chat?
if you don't want guests you can simply disable guest access from the backend.

Yes I believe I am. I do not want all registered users to be in chat unless they choose to log into the chat itself.

that is currently not possible, the user can choose to go offline if they want to.
