I have installed FC on my site www.ta-rs.de but since I changed the Theme it is not showing anymore. I have the module on an active position and also see Freichat code on the page source when I check with Chrome. I also tried disabeling/enabeling GZIP and AJAX problem switch, but nothing happens. Any idea what else to do would be appreciated.

Which CMS are you using ?

Does it work if you switch back to the old theme ?

I am using Joomla 3.4.8

I did a quick test with the old site, it is not working there anymore also

Make sure the database details are correct in freichat/hardcode.php

I reinstalled the whole set, now it works again. Thanks for all the feedback
