Hello when I login into my website many times I see myself as offline without having never touched the status.

I imagine this is happening for other users as well and they are not aware of the chatting possibility.

Is there an easy way to set all users online when they login.

Try increasing the offline time( inactive time after which freichat automatically goes offline) in the backend . You will find this setting in the last tab under general settings in freichat backend

I would like to know another thing if possible, is there a way to make the icons in the chat (file sharing, smiles ecc) appear by default instead of being hidden and hard to find.
