i love freichat it looks great, but it's only visible on my site sometimes.

I'm now trying on 2 computers.
the chatbox is showing on my pc but not on my laptop (logged in with an other account)

Can you please check if you get any errors related to freichat in your browser console when freichat does not appear ?

I tried, but i don't get any error messages, it's really weird because sometimes i'm able to see and use freichat, but mostely not..

Try disabling GZip compression from the freichat backend .

I just tried but i'm still not seeing freichat anywhere..

Can you check your apache error log for any errors related to freichat

You should see an option to check your logs if you have cPanel.

Sorry, im just to dumb for this. could you please help me? i'll make an super user account for you on my site. please just help me when you have some time left. the problem is really weird because for my friend the chatboc always works on his computer..

Hi, i think i have the same problem. Some users see the chat, some other does not work whatever the browser.
We used Joomla 2.5.9 with freichat 8.1.
