hello, first of all, i really like this module, BUT i cannot install it into my website, i'm trying to do everything according to the guides that i can find in here and at the web but it just do not shows up. i'm using Ja purity 2 template, my address is arkal-portal.t15.org

Have you given the module a proper position which is visible in your template , try different positions .
Make sure it is assigned to all pages .

If you still do not see freichat , send us a test account we will see what is the problem .

JA doesn't use all of the standard module position names. I put the chat room module on the "ABSOLUTE" module position with Purity II and it worked.

I have the same problem. I can display the module in position 'left' or 'right', but nothing happens nif you try to click on the module. If I select positions 'absolute' or 'footer' it does not show at all.

no, no errors at all, although, i saw the chat floating window once, it was just random checkup, but after page reload it was gone, can't understand the problem, please help

I have exactly the same issue, but have not yet even seen the chat floating window. The module, when visible in :eft or Right, does nothing.

Hope that admin will help us, cause i just love that chat!

It would help us if you could send us a test user account using the Contact us form .

You have received the info as i see you have already logged in. i checkef gzip compression was switched off but it made no difference. I tried a different template but then the module would not appear whichever position i allocated. So it may not be an issue confined to purity ii.

Can you send us your FTP details and Joomla backend details , we will install it for you.
