For upgrade, Replace all the files except hardcode.php and run the queries defined in freichat/installation/install.php

or simply install the new version

There was a bug in FreiChat v8.2 , we have fixed this bug and some other bugs in the chatroom in FreiChat V8.3 , please install the latest version
