Hi, tried install frieChat in SugarCrm, the process run smoothly, but when logging in sugarcrm I do not see the chat. The tables in DB mysql are created, and when you press CTRL + U, i see the line javascript with freichat. Also, i tried to change the position settings in the freichat admin console, but nothing solves the problem. Please help.

Do you get any errors in your browser console ? Open developer tools (f12) , click on network tab , do you see any requests being made by freichat ?

This error appear in the freichat/client/main.php line 345:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined sugar_grp1_jquery.js:2
e.extend.each sugar_grp1_jquery.js:2

In the network tab exits follows request http from freiChat:
* main.php status 200 OK
* freichatcss.php status 302 FOUND.
* styles.css status 200 OK

Try this, enable Remove jQuery conflicts in freichat backend and try again

I tried that option, but does not resolve the problem, try installing an earlier version of sugar (6.4) and it works, the problem occurs with versions 6.5 and up.

Hello guys, I've found the solution to this problem, you need to do these things:

1-Upgrade the jquery file to 1.9.1 that should be located in /freichat/client/jquery/js/
2-Update the require_once in main.php in line 274 from require_once 'jquery/js/jquery-1.8.3.js'; to require_once 'jquery/js/jquery-1.9.1.js';
