How to instal FreiChat to joomla Ja social template??

Hello there i have problem with instaling Freichat in my web. Can u have a look on http://www.asiaadvert.com/en/ there u see that is instaled inside in the web but.....i think it should be litel bit different. Thx

Let me describe the error ,

All freichat urls are getting redirected to "http://www.asiaadvert.com/en/" , so it is getting a 404 error .

You can see this error in your error console .
