I have an issue with Freichat on my website. I am actually testing it because I'm considering buying the product, but I can't seem to get it to work.
I have seen the past topics about this, the solution is not there.
So here is the issue.
I followed the video instructions, but it's just showing FREICHAT title. There is no chat.
It's in the website source because I searched for the word "freichat".

Have you renamed the freichat folder or changed its location ?

http://www.microdeck.com/freichat/ should not give a 404 error , please correct the location of freichat folder .

Hello, I have tried renaming the folder didn't work. So I figured I did something wrong and deleted it all, and wanted to reinstall it again.
I tried that and I get the message
"public_html/modules/mod_freichatx"

I access the ftp, delete the module, reinstall it, but it's nowhere to be found.
Not on the ftp, not in the public_html, nowhere.

Watched your video, don't get me wrong, but it's different installing it locally opposed to installing it live.
I want to support you by buying this, but unfortunately, the more I look into it I get second thoughts.
Please help me out installing this, and I just might use this app to the fullest.
