Hello, i am using a component so that users can sign in with their facebook account, their details are then saved to a different database. Is it posible to edit freichat so it reads users from that database rather than the current joomla users table used now. & if so, how?

Does your database reside in the same server or in a different server ?

Then you just have to change the database name (and database connection details if required ) in the file /freichat/hardcode.php
