can not save changes from administrator backend

hi,

I use Freichat 10,0, joomla 3.5.1. I installed freichat and it works fine. But I can not change any settings from backend. I click on save button but it doesn't work.

Does this happen for all pages in the freichat backend ?

Can you check for any errors in your server error log ?
