Yes it would be if the forum was under heavy development with multiple developers and testers. It's not.
Forum is beta version, written by at least 2 or 3 persons, and not really managed like "big" open source projects with big community and a lot of developers.
despite of this, it's a really good product, modern, well written. it deserve help, a good community
If it still isn't clear... this is the very point I am trying to get across. I think this product has excellent potential, but it isn't being projected as an actively developed product with a viable production state. To be blunt - development looks dead to anyone coming to the site, facebook or twitter pages for the first time. I am trying to encourage the powers that be to consider breathing some new life into the presentation of their product. A new official version release (yes, even Beta) or Facebook post in the past year might give the impression that they are active and haven't abandoned the project.
Does anyone know how close the project is to getting out of Beta? I just found a post very similar to mine from over a year ago - http://codologic.com/forum/index.php?u=/topic/5609/still-in-development
Seems I am not the only one who is starting to wonder if the possibility of Codoform Stable has become a pipe dream.
I mean, why has one of the developers not weighed in on this post to save all this speculation.
@zoldos - I really like it too, but sorry, I can't extol a Beta test version of software being used in a live production environment... unless it's a personal, fun site on your own test server.
