bug? you cannot put special characters in topic title

hi all,

I found a bug that the system does not encode special characters in title to URL.(e.g. & or /), so you will get page not found if someone put special characters title.

i found a sulution:

find line 227 in sys\Controller\Ajax\forum/topic.php:

$title = \CODOF\Format::title($_POST['title']);

add below code:

$title = htmlspecialchars_decode($title);
