Hi,

Just upgraded to V9.2 but the chat still not working on my mobile or ipad (works fine on computer), i've emailed you test user accounts and FTP info last week, need mobile chat fixed ASAP.
Thinking to upgrade to video chat but need to know i'll be supported?

Ok, thanks but now the users online are not showing up inside the website and users online are showing up twice in the user list on the mobile?

Hello, there is still a problem, the chat DOES NOT work on the website now, no users show up on the website so they can't, but it's working on mobile & ipad? Getting very frustrated with this chat script, please fix so working 100%

explorer 9 and below the user box and message box X (CLOSE) button missing because the blue bar does not show up.
You also cannot change the color of the X button in theme design because when you go to edit the basic theme the back end freezes.
