We had defined a fixed width to make it look standard across screens.

You can change that by editing sites/default/themes/2k18/templates/layout.tpl

Around line 332, remove width: 200px from

<a style="width: 200px;padding-left: 15px" href="{$smarty.const.RURI}{$site_url}" class="navbar-brand codo_forum_title" >{$site_title}</a>
