Please how can i make the categories list to Load fully dropped down on mobile view.

I mean when the front page is loaded the categories list should already be dropped down by default.
It occurs on tablet an pc View. I also need that in mobile view. What code can i edit. Am using CODOforum 3.7

https://codologic.com/forum/index.php?u=/topic/5816/display-all-topics-in-full-on-entry-to-site/ there you go. Maybe an option in the admin dashboard would be a good idea?

Given up on Codoforum :(
