Can't delete or update old upload.php

Hi.

Recently I updated v7 to v9.3 I deletd all files in host but I can't delete upload.php

I received host info about a exploited usung old upload service. Then, may be this upload what I can't delete or update is corrupted? Or is normal what I can't delete.

Ok. For the futhurer isues; The hosting lock this file of the old version. I contact with hosting and they unlock for the update file.
