Theme Maker save issue

Whenever i do changes using theme maker, i click on save button. but when i leave theme maker and come back all changes will be reset. Advice.

Try changing the permissions of freichat/client/themes folder to 0755

With selected deselect posts show selected posts

All posts under this topic will be deleted ?
