hi i have installed it on elgg 2.3 but the last step says copy to theme's page/elements/head.php

but i cant find it the only thing i can find is vendor\elgg\elgg\views\default\page\elements\head.php

the chat comes up on the site but it cant load users

Can you check your network (f12 in chrome) and see the response for any requests made by freichat?

Are there any errors printed there ?

it shows freichatatcss.php failed to load any help please
