It really is good to think they are putting a list of users in the TO box, will greatly facilitate. I suggest that is a mix between dropdown and autocomplete, ie while it starts writing appear just listed the users with the search criteria entered so far. The more you write fewer users were getting on the list. Something like facebook when someone wants to share or add someone in a comment.
Another issue is the translation. The component has a few words, but as is "growing" may have more. This word is all in English. I suggest them to have a file to be translated to several languages​​.
