Ever since i have changed the background to an image, and change the background color to brown the button does not work. It does not minimize the topics. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

I activated the uni-signing plugin. Add the facebook app ID/Secret in the /sys/Ext/hybridauth/config.php

then I have a error 500. I get this in the logs:

hybridauth forum indicates:

It seems that your autoloader not working properly or you don't have one at all.
And if anything not expected happens, you can't handle that because exception class not found.
Just fix your autoloader.

Ive been using freichat alot, and was working perfectly. Its still does the only thing that is not working is the sound that plays when you get a new message. It Stoped working like a month ago. i havent made any changes on the files or instalation... Please help.

I am testing this setup on my local machine before putting it into production but I am having trouble authenticating into the Codoforum page.

I have an existing database of users and installed Codoforum into the same database. I installed the Codoforum code into a directory called forum - ran the setup and can log in successfully as an admin in order to enable the plugin.

I have these settings in the plugin:

I downloaded the associated sso files (client.php and sso.php) into the main directory (LII) with the login, logout, and register pages. (Codoforum is in the "LII/forum" directory).

I renamed the default client.php to sso_client.php (so it didn't conflict with the existing webpage). I added some basic print commands to see what is happening and when I browse to the sso_client.php file, it shows this:

The $settings array shows that the plugin and the client php file settings match.

The $account array shows that I am obtaining session information for the user that is logged in.

And since I don't see any errors, I assume the $sso array is successfully being passed into Codoforum

Therefore, this is where I need some guidance:

If I am logged into my existing page, am I able to just open the forum page location from a hyperlink on the main site?

If so, when I go to http://localhost/LII/forum/ am I supposed to relogin in order to have the SSO authenticate?

I know everything is installed fine because if I login to the admin control panel and then type this location: http://localhost/LII/forum/

It shows that I am logged in as an admin. However, when I logout, it takes me to the correct logout page that I setup in the plugin. And then if I login to my main page as a regular user, and access the same forum location: http://localhost/LII/forum/

it doesn't authenticate me.

Any information you can provide would be helpful.

Hello guys, The graphics interface for the 4.x codoforum is superb but i have the following challenges.

1. Cant create subcategory, each time i pull right, it just highlights text.
2. cant change profile picture (avatar), The change button does not work.

At present, the user only sees his/her profile page and any posts they've created themselves. I want them to see all topics and categories.

I want to use codoforum in my company to store files in differents boards but I realize that uploaded files are automatically renamed to something like this : 59bbe6028f8a5.pdf

Is it possible to keep the original filename for all uploaded file? or maybe develop a plugin which will manage file upload for each posts ? Or is it all in codoforum official developper's hands?

Can someone give me some ideas for reflection? It's an important point that will reveal if codoforum is adapted to our company or not.

I successfully installed Codologic, and also successfully integrated it with my website using the SSO plugin. My main problem is it is very slow to load pages, so slow that it would be unusable in a production environment. My computer is not that old or slow, not new, but not ancient, so are there ways to optimize Codologic to run a little faster?

I installed the free version of Codoforum, but my users, after registering are not getting a confirmation email. As such, they can't actually do anything after logging in.

What do I have to do in which files?

I found a little problem with font colors in theme customization.

there is no color for default text, and in theme battledark, user menu options and text in codo_switch is set to default color, and default color is not set anywhere! it result color as #333, unreadable on any background.

is it possible to set the default color somewhere ( in colors.less would be perfect) or do we have to modify by hand sites/default/themes/default/less/general.less each time we upgrade ?

Okay so I have been looking at this code for over a course of say... one or two weeks. The website I develop for is moving along slowly as there are only 2 developers, and I was recently asked to use Codo. I get how Codo works, I do, and I have everything set up EXCEPT SSO. I saw on another forum that USER_LOGGED_IN should be set to session or some other form of saving a user's information. The site's header that uses Codo stores data in a cookie at this time and doesn't rely on a Session. Is there a way to call information from something of that nature (cookies)?

The following image is me considering a solution that a user has already received. However, if possible, I would like to refrain from using Session at this time as I am working on other content on site.

I was looking for some plugins and I found JOJOManLV's codofUserList plugin (https://github.com/JOJOManLV/codofUserList).
The last update was 5 months ago and I wanted something more advanced so I decided to upgrade the plugin.

My plugin is a fully customizable userlist.

- You can choose the lang you want
- It can handle user friendly URLs if enabled or not
- It can display up to 6 fields (user id, user picture, name, number of topics, profile views and role)
- You can chose which field you want to show/hide
- You can set an order for those fields (eg: id after the name or whatever you want)
- You can decide to display a link to the profile when hovering 3 fields : (id, name or avatar)
- You can add a custom class to the table
- You can add custom css to the plugin

And you can set all of those parameters on one simple file

You can also add languages from a second file, but what I mean is : if you don't know anything at all but you still want to make changes, you don't have to go to the plugin's core or try to understand several files
You just customize the plugin from one file according to what you need

There's a readme file that you should read, it explains everything from the install to the display of the plugin

I am evaluating the forum software and have created a theme, copying the default one so I have all files.

I have made a small change to general.less and understand that codoforum re-compiles this into the cache css file. Using Filezilla, I can see that I have newer cache files, but when I look at my site, it is still using an old cache css from yesterday.

I have tried refreshing cache in the browser, but still old css is being used.

How does the software detect and use a newer css file?

Tried to press the upgrade button. Nothing happens. Used the manual upgrade url. Nothing happens. Checked the 4.1 download and the readme is pretty sparse. I love the confidence you have in your product but I would still like to know how to upgrade my forum from FTP also. Thanks.

I use the latest version of PHP Fusion 7.0.2.06. I notice some issues with Freichat, in relation to some other Infusions that are used on our website.

I'm guessing it's an Ajax or Javascript problem.

One infusion I use is called Nivo Slider. It's an image sliding function, that shuffles images and changes it every so often (you set the duration, like 5 seconds). When Freichat is turned off, Nivo works OK. When Freichat is turned on, Nivo disappears.

The other issue is when dealing with nested/drop down Menus. With Freichat switched on, the Menus don't open out. Nothing happens.

I'm sure there are other breaks as well, but because these two things don't work, using Frechat has become a bit of a showstopper for me.

Nivo is the SlideDeck at the top of the page.
The Horizontal Menu used to be Nested Menu system, click and it would drop down, but now I've made all the sub-menu objects visible 100% of the time, because Friechat rendered the drop-down function unusable.

Maybe someone at Codologic has some thoughts on this. It's a good app, but at the moment i can't really use it without compromising other parts of the website.

i having a problem with the category permalinks in v3, I have 3 main category for my product and each category has sub category for "bug report"

I have put all 3 name sub category name as "bug report" but somehow the problem is that all 3 category has the same permalink http://example.com/category/bug-report

which is causing problem and unable to separate the post, is there a way to fix it, because from admin panel i can't change the permalink, change the name of category won't help.

do i have to edit from database or is there another way to fix it? if there is another solution please put a link here because i can't find any solution for this problem in forum.
